The picnic, we went with my cousins and aunt who live in town. Jack loved walking around and around on the grass. He circled our group SO many times!
He loved eating cheddar cheese ruffles!
He carried around the watermelon tup and shook it up alot, he thought it was pretty cool...until finally it popped open. Then he helped clean up the watermelon pieces.
At the zoo he pointed at every animal he saw.....he even pointed at empty cages, he pointed at water, grass, anything really!
He loved walking around by himself, and didn't want to be carried or ride in the stroller until the end when he was tired! The problem with him walking by himself is he gets distracted....by anything!
At the petting zoo, Jack ran around to the goats, gave each a little pet (fast enough I couldn't get a picture of it) then moved on to the next one. He also noticed the goat poop and pointed at it.
My mom bought us all icecream, and Jack some cheetos (since his mom said he loved them) Well, we all got our icecream bars and Jack started crying for some. I tried to give him a piece of mine, but he fell on the ground and bawled....I guess he wanted his OWN icecream.
While eating the cheetos, Jack would suck off a little cheese, give it to grandma, then ask for another one.
Some other cute things he did:
-When he first came over, he was so excited to see the dogs. Sensi was scared of him and Jack thought it was so fun to chase her around!
-He started saying "uh oh" when he drops something or knocks something over. But when he says it, he puts a BIG pause in between the "uh" and the "oh". It's so funny because he says "UH", and by the time you really think he is done, and not going to say the rest, he says "OH!" He actually started getting faster at putting those two together, so I think he's getting it!!
-When you say "good job!" or "yay" or even if he just thinks what he did was awesome, He claps his hands!
-When saying goodbye he'll blow a kiss. The first time I saw it he did it really good, although slowly. The next time I saw it, He took out his binkie, started with one hand, then switched to his other, and spit when he's supposed to 'blow the kiss'. He silly boy
-He likes helping with the dishes, he puts all the silverwear in the right places. And tries to put plates in.
-He likes putting things away, and taking them out. He loved dumping the jenga pieces all over the floor, and then putting them back in the box. Over and over.
-He loved playing with Grandma's "grandkid toy" box. He took everything out of it and close it, and put things back in. He played with it for at least 30 min one night at about midnight...
-He didn't sleep well in his crib. (he didn't sleep AT ALL in his crib) Anyways, one night he slept between grandma and grandpa and he put his head on grandma's shoulder and kicked grandpa. He wiggled and kicked alot, trying to keep himself awake. Grandma thought it was pretty funny. One night he fell out of the bottom of the bed during the night onto my mom's clothes chest, with a big Bang. He fell back asleep fast though....
-When feeding Jack, he would try almost anything, and if he liked it he would stick the whole thing in his mouth...(or if it was something small he'd sometimes stick as much as he could grab in his mouth!
-Flea loved Jack and was so interested in what he did. He followed him around, gave him kisses (and snapped at him a few times....because he was trying to herd him...dang dog)
And here's some pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I miss this cute boy already!!!!! Everytime I see him he's changed, grown, and learned so much! I hope we get to see him soon!!!
